How we do it...

We provide a virtual office solution irrespective of your size or location or profession. Our team of Virtual PA’s can offer all the support a traditional PA or secretary can provide in house but without the hidden costs and obligations of employing another staff member. There is no need to buy additional equipment , find office space to accommodate an extra person or pay holiday pay and NI costs. We are independent contractors who work from our own office base, use our own equipment and liaise with our clients by email, phone, fax and mail.


Time, flexibilty and money are key factors that can make or break a business. At Adminsolve we can provide an effective solution to all three.


For our administration support we provide two value for money services depending on the type of support required. Our ad-hoc service allows you to pay for the hours you need only as and when you need us, whilst our retainer service allows clients to “buy” a set number of hours per month in advance at a discounted rate.


Our call minding service is initially offered on a free one week trial and then charged for on a monthly basis and we always ensure that our clients are charged on the most economical package depending on their usage in any given month.


Our Lifestyle management services can be purchased by the hour or in a package of hours depending on your requirement. There is also a corporate package for employers to purchase as part of a staff benefit programme.
